Exit & Cancellation
Cancellation / Refund:
Cancellations at any other time are subject to contract length and terms. All services offered through One Click Technology Group, LLC are billed on a monthly basis. Clients who do not qualify for the money-back guarantee and are cancelling services are required to email email@example.com or contact via telecommunication prior to the 25th of a calendar month. Clients cancelling are subject to proper authentication credentials as requested by One Click Technology Group, LLC. This will generally be done via telecommunication for proper validation.
Credentials may include, but not limited to all of the following:
– Client Name – Telephone Number
– Customer Contact on Client’s Account – Address
– Login Name – Password
All credit requests are processed immediately upon proper verification of Client. The funds will be credited back to your credit/debit card and affect your credit/debit card balance in accordance with the credit/debit card issuer’s terms of service. Upon cancellation, Client will receive notification in electronic format of such cancellation.
Client understands that failure to use the account does NOT constitute a cancellation of services with One Click Technology Group, LLC. Because we provide you with usernames, passwords, DNS entries, and an IP Address, you have the ability to use and operate an account. Please understand that unused accounts still require system resources. Any past-due balances on a specific account at the time of cancellation (by request or for-cause violations), remaining balance must be rendered within 30 days of its cancellation. If we do not receive payment within this time, we will begin effort to collect on any fees owed. If our own attempts fail, we reserve the right to turn your account over to a third-party for further action. This can either be a collection agency or attorney(s). One Click Technology Group, LLC also reserves the right to report your aged and unpaid balance to credit reporting agencies.
Client understands and will not hold liable to One Click Technology Group, LLC for any loss of information (emails, files, databases, etc.) removed from its servers upon completion of successful cancellation. One Click Technology Group, LLC shall assume that Client has preserved all data needed for business continuity prior to the full engagement of the cancellation.
