Customer Service Representative

One Click Technology Group, a Twinsburg, OH-based, leading provider of enterprise software solutions, is currently seeking a positive, motivated customer service representative to be part of our top-notch team. You will provide advanced support for clients as well as maintain internal infrastructure and serve as the main point of contact for escalation of customer tickets.

A sample of duties will include:
- Support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Servers and Workstations Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, etc.
- Serve as advanced technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, servers, firewalls, security, and remote access
- Manage and deliver project work such as Office 365 migrations, network build-out, on-premise installations, upgrades, and implementations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of COB, COB-R, and MSP regulations and policies as they apply to inquiries handled by the call center
- Adhere to the Privacy Act and HIPAA laws and regulations as they relate to the confidentiality of information released
- Monitor and respond to alerts generated from remote management and monitoring system
- Communicate with clients about incident progress, impending changes, or agreed outages
